Young Visionaries is an after-school art class (12 students per group) that encourages tamariki to have fun, experiment and build creative capacity through hands-on making.

This term, we will explore Taranaki’s underwater world and learn about kaitiakitanga — guardianship of our environment.  We’ll create tuna (eel) dioramas, sculpt native fish, design upcycled costumes, and make sound wheels. Each activity connects us to our waterways and encourages care for our taiao through creativity, learning, and fun.

Book in and be inspired by the exhibitions. This term will be led by tutor Ellie Field.
